Matthew L. Fabisch, Esq.

Attorney Matthew Fabisch is a lifelong resident of southern New England, growing up in Brockton, Massachusetts and obtaining a bachelor’s degree at Bridgewater State University before attending law school at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. During law school, Fabisch served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Roger Williams University Law Review and as a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic.
Fabisch clerked for the Arizona Chapter of the Institute for Justice. During his time in Arizona Fabisch worked on a number of novel constitutional claims including assisting in the early stages of two cases, Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization v. Winn, __ U.S. __ (2011) and Arizona Free Enterprise v. Bennett, __ U.S. __ (2011)  that the Institute for Justice would eventually win in the United States Supreme Court.

Upon completing law school, Attorney Fabisch clerked for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerks Department, serving then Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Superior Court (Now United State Circuit Judge for the First Circuit Court of Appeals) O. Rogeriee Thompson in  Washington County before rotating to finish his term as a judicial law clerk in Providence county. After clerking, Fabisch served as an associate at a mid-sized regional law firm, where he specialized in appellate and critical motions practice and bad faith litigation before starting Fabisch Law, L.L.C.

In his spare time, Attorney Fabisch enjoys aviation, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Bar/Professional Activity:
Attorney Fabisch is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Currently Attorney Fabisch sits on the Rhode Island Bar Association's Supreme Court Bench/Bar Committee and Debtors/Creditors Rights Committee and serves as an Editor of the Rhode Island Bar Journal. Attorney Fabisch has also previously served on the Bar Association's Title Standards Committee. In addition to his Bar Association activities, Attorney Fabisch is a proud member of the following boards and organizations:

Advocates and Consultants

Michelle Fabisch, M.Ed.

Ms. Fabisch comes to us with a background in Adaptive Physical Education and movement. Ms. Fabisch holds a Bachelor of Education in Adaptive Physical Education from Bridgewater State College (now Bridgewater State University) and a Masters Degree in Education and Curriculum. While an undergraduate student Ms. Fabisch participated as a clinician and later as a team leader at Bridgewater's famous Children's Physical Development Clinic or CPDC. A veteran special educator, Ms. Fabisch taught adaptive physical education in the Norwood public school system and has actively participated in hundreds of IEP Team Meetings.
